Availability & Booking

How can I book a tour?

Use the "Check availability" button on each tour to open the booking platform and complete your reservation online. If you need help, contact us directly.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June to September).

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations and/or refund requests must be made at least 5 days before the booked tour date.

Tours

What type of vehicles are used?

We use off-road vehicles (Land Rover Defender) for Pico tours, and 9-seat vans for tours on Faial and São Jorge.

Are tours suitable for children?

Yes. Passengers aged 2 to 12 are considered children and have special prices. Babies up to 2 years enter free. We provide child car seats.

What languages are available?

Our guides speak Portuguese and English. For other languages, please contact us.

Practical Information

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a waterproof jacket (the weather can change quickly), a camera, and a sense of adventure.

Do tours run in the rain?

Yes, tours run under normal weather conditions. In the Azores, weather changes quickly and rain is part of the experience. We only cancel in severe weather conditions.

Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is arranged at the time of booking. We can arrange pick-up from an agreed location on Pico Island, subject to availability.

Payments
