We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June to September).
Cancellations and/or refund requests must be made at least 5 days before the booked tour date.
We use off-road vehicles (Land Rover Defender) for Pico tours, and 9-seat vans for tours on Faial and São Jorge.
Yes. Passengers aged 2 to 12 are considered children and have special prices. Babies up to 2 years enter free. We provide child car seats.

We recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a waterproof jacket (the weather can change quickly), a camera, and a sense of adventure.
Yes, tours run under normal weather conditions. In the Azores, weather changes quickly and rain is part of the experience. We only cancel in severe weather conditions.
The meeting point is arranged at the time of booking. We can arrange pick-up from an agreed location on Pico Island, subject to availability.
